I am a 30-year practicing attorney and have my own law practice in Estate Planning. I am a precinct leader for 327, District 26. I have been elected two terms (currently serving) on Parker Town Council. I served in the United States Army and Reserves (Judge Advocate General’s Corp), and retired as a Colonel in 2020. In my civilian legal career, I was employed by The Comptroller of the Currency, and Defense Finance and Accounting Service as legal counsel. I currently serve as a board member for Parker Faith Council and Heroes Hall Foundation in Douglas County. I am married to Mark Hefta and together we have two sons. I uphold Republican values of limited government, rule of law and the Constitution. As a bonus member, I will promote balance and freedom of speech for all candidates. As Republicans we must win by respecting each other, collaborating, and embracing strategy.
