David Mulay

I was born in Pueblo, attended the University of Southern Colorado, now Colorado State University Pueblo. During my first year of college I was selected for a 3 year Army ROTC Scholarship. In return I served 22 years in the US Army. First as a Military Police Officer, then as an Aviator. I attended the FBI Interrogation School and the FBI Hostage Negotiation School. After flight school I moved to Military Intelligence/Aviation. I worked in Latin and South America. I went to Congress to request funding for Military projects and equipment, and worked with US Ambassadors in Honduras and El Salvador. I worked on national level Intelligence programs and helped with US election monitoring in Central and South America. I retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. 

After leaving the Army I entered the Airline industry and retired as a Captain at United Airlines. I visited every major city in Europe, Central, South America and Asia. I spent the last five years of my Airline career visiting every small historic city in the United States.
